Health data

We do not ingest, process, or store PHI.

Targeting and attribution on this platform operate at the NPI level. NPI (National Provider Identifier) is a public CMS provider identifier, not PHI.

Audience and attribution outputs are de-identified.

Site data and forms

Forms on this site post to a shared alias. Personally identifiable information is never put in a URL query string.

Analytics and tracking

This site does not run general analytics tags or third-party advertising pixels. The contact form is processed through HubSpot, a third-party form and CRM platform; submitting it sets a tracking cookie that associates the submission with the page it came from.

Security

Infrastructure is AWS-hosted, with environment isolation, encryption in transit and at rest via managed keys, role-based access control, and least-privilege cross-account access. Breach notification is contractual, within 72 hours, and an annual security summary is available on request. See Security for more.

Data subject requests

To make a request about data associated with you, contact sales@audiencerx.io.

You may request access to the information you’ve submitted through this site, or ask that it be deleted. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Data retention

Information submitted through this site’s forms is retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the relationship, and is deleted on request; see Data subject requests, above.

Third-party sharing

Information submitted through this site’s forms is not sold. It’s processed by HubSpot, the third-party platform this site uses to receive and route form submissions, and by the service providers that operate this site and its email systems, solely to operate the site and respond to your inquiry, not shared for any other purpose.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
