Engage

This platform is available under three commercial models. Each is a different way to relate to the same infrastructure: a license you operate under your brand, a license with a future ownership option, or a reduced platform fee paired with revenue share.

License the platform

Standard SaaS, run white-label under your brand and domain. The platform runs on its own terms, with no source-code component and no ownership option, just a straightforward license, operating under your name, with your team running the day-to-day.

License with a path to ownership

The same SaaS license, plus a contractual right to purchase the underlying source code and run the platform independently. Fees already paid are credited against the purchase. The clearest signal this is infrastructure, not a media reseller: license it now, hold the option to own it outright later.

Reduced platform fee plus revenue share

A reduced fixed platform fee paired with a share of revenue, so cost tracks with the scale of media running through the platform, rather than remaining fixed regardless of volume, a lower fixed commitment for organizations still scaling into full usage.

What the first 30 days look like

  1. 01 Configuration
  2. 02 Supply and reporting connectivity
  3. 03 Ad ops enablement on Campaign Manager and the Rules Engine
  4. 04 Live

Weeks, not months. No hardware to provision.

Custom work

Some engagements don’t fit the packaged platform: a piece of advertising technology, marketing technology, or identity infrastructure built to a specific spec. Work like this is scoped and delivered as its own engagement, distinct from the standard license.

How pricing works

Cost is shaped by the specifics of each engagement, not a fixed rate card. What drives it: which of the three models you’re on, how many integrations are involved, the revenue-share basis where one applies, and the term.
